Challenge:
Model and manage the digital design of a small-engine assembly in a simulated industrial environment, emphasizing design intent, collaboration, and product lifecycle management.
Solution:

Utilized Siemens NX to model the engine with parametric design intent using dimensioning schemes and design tables.

Worked within the Aras Innovator PDM system to organize design data and simulate industry workflows.

Applied Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and managed approval processes through PDM.

Maintained precise documentation and version control throughout design iterations.
Gained hands on experience with CAD driven design, data management, and industry standard engineering workflows used in manufacturing environments.
